Keeping Track Of Home Repairs With HomeZada

This is a Fashionista Event and a promotional item was provided to me by Homezada.
Hosts for this event are Still Blonde after all these Years and ModlyChic. See Disclosure.
There are so many great ways to make your house a home, but long after you've hung a wreath on your door home ownership has some huge responsibilities. We have a turn of the century two-story home that requires constant upkeep. There were so many little things I didn't consider when we were purchasing our fixer-upper such as yearly maintenance. We have on going projects that we do as we can afford them then a few we contracted after saving for a period of time. Keeping track of your home improvement and project spending can be a daunting task and I really didn't have a place to keep it all together in an organized fashion. Since I was given the opportunity to try out the features of the Premium Membership to HomeZada. I've discovered they have some awesome online home organizing tools for do-it-your-self-er types like my husband and I.
Whether you're new to home ownership or a long time owner (we've owned for eleven years now, crazy how old I feel saying that!) then you can benefit from the HomeZada tools. I'm going to focus on my favorite feature which is the To Dos tab which opens to an easy to see calender. This is a wonderful way to plan out my home projects. You can schedule upcoming maintenance, fix it, cleaning jobs, yard work and other which could be any chore you choose. When I started my To Do calender I selected an option to leave some preset chores and regular maintenance. Scrolling through the calender I could see some great reminders to check the fire alarms, fire extinguishers and things like washing the windows. In the fall there was a preset reminder to insulate outdoor faucets, which would have saved us this past winter since we forgot. My husband just finished replacing one of the outdoor faucets this week.
Offering you two affordable pricing plans HomeZada wants to help you keep your home organized and running well! If you're an on the go person but still need some assistance with keeping all your information organized and on hand don't worry HomeZada has an app for that! I found HomeZada to be a user-friendly tool for home owners, or even renters who want to keep things organized. Enjoy the beauty and function of your home and use HomeZada to help you keep it that way.
