  1. Hi! I don't remember having theme parties in my teens. I'm jealous of the littler girls now though that get to have princess parties. lol Thank-you!!

  2. My friends and I passed this book around from The Babysitters Club - about sleepovers. Each of us picked a different theme and set it up. I loved the girly theme -complete with oatmeal facial masks, which many of us were to chicken to try.

    1. Oh I love reading about your memory! I had a craft themed birthday when I was 12, we decorated wash cloths it was so fun. We each made our own, then everyone signed one for me to keep. My mom was a brave soul to let us have all that paint and glitter in the house!

  3. My favorite was a Halloween party.

  4. We never had parties when I was a kid but I did have a Rock and Roll party for my daughter once.

  5. I remember having a birthday party at 13, and no theme, and that was the last one; after that, we just went to dinner lol

  6. I remember having a birthday party at the bowling alley, it was a fun time with my friends.

  7. I never had a birthday party that I recall, but would have loved one with a Cinderella theme!

  8. We did a favorite book character party and I was Pippy Longstocking.

  9. My birthday is in June so my favorite one was a water balloon/trampoline party that we had at my house and my dad grilled out!

  10. I don't really remember any of my birthday parties as a tween (my Dad was in the Navy so we moved a lot) but my favorite themed party that I have thrown was a luau for my husband's birthday on year, complete with drinks out of coconuts and grass skirts. It was so much fun, and it was a surprise party for him, which made it even better.

  11. My favorite party memory was my sweet sixteen. There is nothing like turning sixteen and when your parents throw you that party you truly feel like a princess.

  12. I had a lot of cool parties, my favorite was a troll party. :D

  13. My favorite memory of being a tween was how all of a sudden my sisters and I started to have something in common and instead of fighting we started to bond and have been close ever since.
