In The Kitchen With Mommy {Gorton's Review & Giveaway}

I received product in exchange for this post, all views and opinions are my own. Sponsor is responsible for prize fulfillment.
It's not every day that I invite the Booper to join me in the kitchen to help make our lunch, so he was very excited to tie on an apron and be my helper. The menu of the day: Gorton's Fish Sticks - an easy favorite. The Booper was happily flexing his cooking muscles and had the spatula ready to go (or perhaps it was a good shield from the camera). The Smarty Crunchman fish stick plush stuffy was fun to play with while we waiting for our lunch to bake.
Earlier in the week I had to send my husband to the store to pick up a few groceries. I've been a bit off my "A" game lately with morning sickness. I claim it was pregnancy brain for everything I forgot to buy at the store when I went shopping. When I handed my husband our Gorton's coupons he started talking about how Gorton's were his favorite brand of fish sticks when he was a child growing up in Massachusetts. We have lots of conversations about brands we love, and it's funny sometimes how I'll never have heard of one of the brands he likes or vice versa. We both grew up with Gorton's fish sticks, and we both loved to dip them in ketchup. It is a small world after all.

One of the reasons I love Gorton's is their fish doesn't taste so "fishy" and their fish sticks get crunchy. Nothing worse than a soggy fish stick! Now the Booper and I can enjoy baking up a warm lunch that's easy and delicious. The best part for me as a busy work from home mom is I can have Gorton's in the freezer for a quick meal anytime.

  32. We did eat fish sticks when we were kids but I never really liked them. They did not taste like Gorton's Fish Sticks. I love Gorton's Alaska Pollock because of the taste and that it has no fillers, MSG or artificial flavoring. Gorton’s is a healthy choice that not only tastes good, but my family is eating smarter too.
