| The Booper really liked the Patty Cake! |
Recently I was given the opportunity to review some products for Baby Magic. We were sent 1 product initially for review, but as it turned out my son was allergic to Lavender(though I'm not happy he has an allergy I'm happy we found out), so we received 2 additional products to use, and review.
The first product I couldn't wait to pull out of the package! I had noticed these in the store several times, and almost bought one. I should have. This is a Patty Cake. It's a compact that is creamy then turns to a powder. Perfect for a diaper rash, awesome for on-the-go diaper changes!
The Booper hasn't had a diaper rash during any of the time we've been testing, so I take that as a good sign! The compact has two compartments. One holds the actual creamy/powder, then you flip it up and you can grab a circular pad you use and toss. I wish this would have been around when our son was little. He has never been prone to diaper rash, but when he had one this would have been nice. I hated trying to re-dress him with my hands all greasy! The Patty-Cake was so convenient! That other stuff never seems to wash all the way off my hands. If your baby/toddler gets diaper rash, you should definitely try a Patty Cake.

The next product we tried out was the Baby Magic, Hair & Body Wash. The Booper is always happy to take a bath. He sometimes asks me he can take a bath in the middle of the day. When things get stressful, sometimes I ask him if he wants to take a bath, and we both get a chance to relax and have fun together. This Baby Wash had a great scent, and I could smell it on my son's hair through the day. I love that clean baby scent I could smell on him and his hair all day!
Some of the cool things I learned while reviewing these products is that they are made in the USA, and Baby Magic has been around since the 1950's.
Baby Magic products are Paraben free, and DMDM Free (not that I know what that is), cruelty free,and they never use quaternium as an ingredient or 1,4-dioxane in their manufacturing processes.

Aww, What a cutie in the pics, and I just love the post. I miss having a baby around and all the baby products and how yummy they smell. Gotta wait till I become a grandma ;)

ReplyDeleteWe loves baby Magic when ours kids were smaller. It was cheaper than Johnson and johnsoN and woked amd smelled just as good. This is smart tHough. I like more compact things. Easier to fit in diaper bag.

I have used Baby Magic Lotion & Shampoo for years! They were gentile on our young ones skin and scalp. Plus they made our kids smell wonderful! I would recommend these products to anyone!

ReplyDeleteI've always loved Baby Magic especially the Baby Wash. I agree, I could still smell the fresh fragrance of Baby Magic throughout the day after my son's bath. Baby Magic is one product I also would recommend. I wished they had Patty Cake though 30 yrs. ago.

ReplyDeleteI used Baby Magic products for my kids and grandkids. I loved how gentle they were on their skin and scalp. Also how good they smelled! I wished the Patty-Cake was around back then! What a great and convenient compact! That’s what it reminds me of - a woman’s makeup compact. You could powder your face while looking in the mirror. The kids also loved baths and I loved using the Baby Magic bath products! Many times, after giving them a bath, I ended up smelling great too! I didn’t know about the Baby Cologne or laundry detergent - good to know!!
