I chose the 3-in-1 activity table for the Booper since he loves to color and build with blocks. This table puts both his favorites in one place. Made to color, build and stow this table keeps them busy. The block crayons are lots of fun there is a place on each side of the table for stacking his crayons when he's not coloring. The Booper seemed to enjoy playing with his crayons as blocks the most.
Have a look at his block crayon play time.
This 3-in-1 Block Crayon activity table includes:
- 1 Table
- 10 Block Crayons
- 1 Coloring Picture Roll
- Made for children 18 months and older
- Many additional Block Crayon sets also available!
If you follow my blog then you may already know I volunteer at a local private school. For this review I had the joy of getting some really great help from the students at The Education Center Inc.
Each of the children were excited to see what special thing I had planned. We opened the Pocket Volcano science kit first. The name is fitting since this small volcano really could fit in your pocket! Following the easy instructions on the back of the package. We added a very small amount of baking soda to the base then twisted on the top, and poured some vinegar down the spout of the volcano.
The chemical reaction was fast and our pocket volcano fizzed over, causing an eruption of laughter and delight. Each one had their chance to pour in the vinegar and it never failed to amaze them all. Baking soda and vinegar are not included with the kit, but they can both be found easily at any grocery store.
The Lemon Clock science kit amazed the teachers, the students, and myself! The only thing not included with this kit is the lemon. We did not have a lemon on hand, but one of the students happened to have a clementine left over from his lunch, so we each formed a hypothesis on what would happen by not using a lemon. It worked! As soon as the teacher placed the last rod into the fruit the clock lit up, and displayed a time. Each of the students took turns pulling out the rods and moving them around and testing their theories.
Made for children 5 years and older, these small kits would make the perfect stocking stuffer for the young student or aspiring scientist in your family!
AceEducational.com has nicely offered to give these two kits to one lucky reader!
