A Clean Smile! {Review and Giveaway}

When I was a child I was terrible about brushing my teeth, and flossing well it just didn't happen. I was blessed to not have many problems with my teeth before I started to care. My parents thought it was a good idea that I get braces to help straighten out my smile when I was 15 years old. I was never thrilled about the idea, but it helped me start to really brush well as I had to visit the dentist more often. Never wanting to be the girl with green stuff sticking out of my brackets I learned the value of flossing on a regular basis. Plus it's not cool to smile to show off your new color of bands and have major plaque and tarter build up...gross! Now that I'm an adult my dental hygiene routine is a no-brainer besides the best way for the Booper to learn is by my example. The great people at Trusted Health Products reached out to me to review their product Ora MD, I wondered how one all-natural product could replace toothpaste and mouthwash so I put Ora MD to the test to find out.

My first thoughts.."WOW" this stuff is really strong! When the bottle says 2-3 drops on your toothbrush they should say 1-2 drops will work great. I wasn't sure how something that looked like water would work well so I gave my toothbrush about 10 drops of Ora MD on my first brushing. Needless to say that was way too much! You won't need much because a little of this stuff packs a powerful peppermint punch. After brushing my teeth felt clean and looked shiny, but my whole mouth felt great. I could smell my own clean breath and it lasted for a long time after brushing.



 The next few times I brushed with Ora MD the clean feeling was always there and I really liked using this as a mouthwash between brushing to kill nasty bacteria for an anytime clean smile!
