If you've never read any of my stories about Luna then you might not know about our furry family member. Luna is a terrier mix that I drove over 200 miles to rescue from a shelter when she was a puppy. That was about 8 years ago now, and she's been shedding her long black fur every since I brought her home. Keeping our carpets and furniture clean of Luna's fur is a constant challenge and a never ending battle. I was needing a vacuum that would be easier for me to clean our stair case, and keep our furniture clean. We have a leather couch and love seat in our formal living room so the fur brushes off the cushions easily, but below the cushions pet fur seems to accumulate on the fabric. While Luna isn't a fan of our bigger vacuum, she doesn't seem to mind when I use this hand held cordless vacuum on our stairs and furniture. My back and neck don't seem to mind not having to lug the larger vacuum up and down the stairs either!

This might sound silly but my favorite feature to this cordless vacuum is that all the attachments have a spot on the charging base. I'm never having to search for an attachment because they all sit neatly on the base and I can grab the right attachment for the job. Each attachment fits securely to the nozzle of the vacuum and I found them all to work well. My favorite attachment and the most useful to my needs was the XL motorized pet hair brush attachment. The suction works well on this light-weight model but the spinning brush really picked up Luna's black dog hairs. Our beige carpeting now looks beige again! The charging stand is wall mountable but ours just sits on the floor of our closet. With Twister Cyclonic Technology suctions stays stronger longer, to me that just means I can use my vacuum until the job is done. I would hate to start cleaning and run out of juice.
