During the month of April as the weather slowly starts to warm there are many allergy sufferers who are dreading the rise in pollen levels. I wouldn't necessarily consider myself to be someone who suffers from allergies, but had the occasional run in with what I would call seasonal allergies. I typically just sneeze more than usual which is a lot, and I might experience runny eyes. The biggest issue that bothers me is a stopped up nose. I hate feeling like I can't breathe. Since I was given several products from Puritan’s Pride® I've been putting them to the test, and I'm happy to share my thoughts with you.More About Puritan’s Pride®

The Neti Pot
I was the most excited and most nervous to try this! What appears to look like a little genie lamp is actually a really great way to clear your nasal passages and soothe a dry nose. My dad was the first person who I knew that used a Neti Pot and he really loved how it worked for him, so I've been curious for a while. After I got past my initial fear of just trying it, it's really simple. (For your own benefit you will not see a picture of me using this) The key for me was finding a good water temperature and holding my head just right so I didn't make a mess or have it go into my mouth. FYI: Having a towel handy is a good idea. I've used saline solution for my nose for a while, so this was just taking it to the next level.
Breathe Easy Tea (Pictured At Top)
Love this tea! I'm not a big fan of flavored teas but this one really surprised me. I could taste the hints of peppermint and to me it had a really sweet flavor. Non GMO verified and naturally caffeine free this is truly the best flavored tea I've had in a long time. I can't say how well it helps me breathe but it definitely tastes refreshing.
Sinu Orega Nasal Spray
Wow. This opened up my senses! My eyes did water at first but then after a minute or two it did feel nice. If nothing else it was another great way to moisten my nasal passages. Not something I would use every day but every now and again. If my nose were really clogged I would definitely try using this to help myself.
Clear Lungs
A Chinese herbal formula in a capsule. At first I was honestly put off by the smell when I opened the bottle, but after I took them there was no burping or aftertaste. With any supplement I'm sure it will take some time to see any big changes.
Eucalyptus 100% Essential Oil
A little goes a long way and I enjoy the scent. One of my good friends would be so proud of me, she uses essential oils all the time and testifies that they work wonders for her. Eucalyptus is a strong scent and really does work well to open my senses. You'll have to try it for yourself, because I think it's the type of scent you either love or hate.
