  2. My friends and I passed this book around from The Babysitters Club - about sleepovers. Each of us picked a different theme and set it up. I loved the girly theme -complete with oatmeal facial masks, which many of us were to chicken to try.

    1. Oh I love reading about your memory! I had a craft themed birthday when I was 12, we decorated wash cloths it was so fun. We each made our own, then everyone signed one for me to keep. My mom was a brave soul to let us have all that paint and glitter in the house!

  10. I don't really remember any of my birthday parties as a tween (my Dad was in the Navy so we moved a lot) but my favorite themed party that I have thrown was a luau for my husband's birthday on year, complete with drinks out of coconuts and grass skirts. It was so much fun, and it was a surprise party for him, which made it even better.

  11. My favorite party memory was my sweet sixteen. There is nothing like turning sixteen and when your parents throw you that party you truly feel like a princess.

  13. My favorite memory of being a tween was how all of a sudden my sisters and I started to have something in common and instead of fighting we started to bond and have been close ever since.
