When my kids were in school they went outside to play before dinner.

well they come in do choirs and the we usally sit and talk about school
ReplyDeleteMy kids are only in preschool but when they come home, I give them some time on their own to do what they need to get energy out. It could be play outside, play in their rooms, a few minutes of tv time, etc.
