Insurgent opens in theaters on March 20th 2015 and with that comes the buzz and excitement that surrounds it. Take a peek at some of the things Lionsgate-Summit Entertainment has to offer to help build the hype!Yesterday was a big day in the way of announcements and promotions for Insurgent. Social media and fandoms alike were going crazy for the news that Insurgent, the second installment of the Divergent series by Veronica Roth had to offer. We learned that in-fact Insurgent will be shown in both 3D and 2D, which is exciting considering the action that is expected to take place in Insurgent.
In Insurgent, we will join back up with Tris (Woodley) and Four (James) who are now fugitives on the run from the Erudite and Dauntless gone bad! Along with many old friends, an some new, they must find out what why the Erudite leaders are so vicious, and what they are looking for. Will Tris, Four, and the rest of their friends be able to uncover the secrets of the past, the secrets that Tris' parents were so willing to die for? In the end, will the salvation of the world as they know it rest in their hands? Can Tris ever be strong again? Will they ever find out what information is so important to good and bad alike?
We will have to wait until March to find out, but until then, we can enjoy some of what Lionsgate-Summit Entertainment has to offer us!
