I don't know about you, but when I'm going to stretch or exercise the best way to get myself into the mood is with the right music. I've been fortunate to receive lots of great new music lately for review, and the latest on my playlist is from Hillsong United. Since I'm expecting a baby in October I'll admit my exercise routine is not strenuous, however, I do enjoy stretching and going for walks. Hillsong United's new album "Empires" has been the perfect blend of mellow sound and uplifting lyrics for my stretching routine.
