This is a Fashionista event and a promotional item was provided to me. Hosts for this event are Still Blonde after all these Years and ModlyChic.
Of all the things you have to worry about when your child is admitted to the hospital limited data should NOT be one of them. Recently, our baby girl got sick. A sick child isn't something new, and it's something I had tackled many times with the Booper. Only this time it was different. Our baby girl had a high fever and no other symptoms, plus she was breathing erratically. I knew when I saw the look on our doctor's face she was headed to the hospital, and all I could think was I only had a couple of wipes in her bag and no change of clothes. I had rushed out the door to make her appointment on time and just grabbed the diaper bag knowing it needed restocked.
I (mostly) held it together as we waited to get her checked in. Everything seems to happen so quickly and yet drag on for eternity while you're in the hospital with your child. No doctor came fast enough, yet they seemed to be there all the time. Worry filled my thoughts even while she lay sleeping peacefully. If you've ever stayed with someone and tried to sleep in a hospital then you know it's next to impossible. The nurses came in every thirty minutes to do breathing checks, so I just stayed up the first couple nights. Normally I don't "play" on my phone for hours, but in this case I had to keep my mind occupied. That's when I realized I had a horrible service provider for my phone. No data or limited data and suddenly pages just wouldn't load or would take forever making a night that was already too long even longer. I replaced worry with frustration which made me even more stressed. I was ready to throw my phone against the wall. (I'm not usually that dramatic, but lack of sleep and no data will get to you) The moral of this story is if you have a service provider that just doesn't cut it don't wait until you're stuck in a bad situation without good service- switch today! Did you know? Verizon is #1 cell service provider for speed, data, reliability, and overall network performance in the U.S. according to an independent third-party tester.
Don't be like me and get stuck with limited data when you need it most check out the deals at Verizon. Right now they're offering waived activation fees for phones and tablets through June 11, plus $100 off select smartphones with code: VZWDEAL. Waived activation available through 6/11; $100 off select smartphones available through 6/30. Both the waived activation and $100 off are available online only and cannot be applied to upgrades. $100 off select smartphones does not include the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge, HTC 10, or the iPhone SE.
