Sometimes it can be hard to find good programming for the Booper and something we can agree on. I like to find shows that not only entertain, but ones teach him valuable lessons too. I have to admit the bright colors and happy characters are fun to watch, but when I started watching along with him one day I discovered much more to their stories. One mistake I had to fix yesterday was when I was cooking lunch and had both ovens preheating. I ended up putting the wrong food item in the wrong oven at the wrong temperature but quickly discovered it before it started to burn.

ReplyDeleteWe need to remember not all mistakes can be fixed, but we need to fix the ones we can. I missed a deadline at work because I had the dates confused. I fixed it by staying late and finishing the project.

ReplyDeleteFor some reason I keep thinking of cooking mistakes! I made Chili once and forgot the beans....my kids thought it was soup! lol! Went to the oven to get the casserole and I had put it in the fridge instead...duh!
