I've been blogging for a while now, and I've met so many great people through this online adventure. It's crazy that one of my best friends that I talk with every day I met through blogging. Amanda and I were fast friends. Although we're as different as night and day we connect through sarcasm and a similar sense of humor. My family and I live in Indiana, and Amanda is from Ohio, and as close as we are we've never visited the other's house, however, Amanda keeps trying to get me to move to Ohio so we can live closer to each other. Moving to Ohio so tempting, and here's why.I love donuts and coffee (of course.) According to Amanda and her friends, there's just no better place to grab a delicious fresh donut than Bill's Donut Shop. Crazy as this sounds we've discussed the best type of donuts and even talked about going on a cross-country donut tour. Who wouldn't enjoy that kind of travel schedule? Not sure it would be great for my wardrobe though!
I've dreamed of living in Ohio to be near my bestie. More than once I've had a look at Ohio Realtors and searched homes near the donut shop and in my friend's neighborhood. I think I could get used to living there especially with all the great public programs they have for children. Ohio has many great places for families to settle down and make a home, but for now, I'll have to settle for a visit. We've talked of meeting up at the Great Wolf Lodge in Cincinnati so the kids can swim and play and we can catch up in person. Perhaps one day we'll just meet at Bill's Donut Shop for a cup of coffee and a donut? It's amazing that Ohio is my neighboring state and I've visited so few times when there's so much left to discover! Have you thought of moving to Ohio? What part of the state would you like to live in?
