Howling For More Science Fun From Green Kid Crafts!

Finally, we are getting some cooler temperatures here in southern Indiana and it has started to actually feel like fall! Our kids will be starting their fall activities soon, and our little miss can't wait to start gymnastics and the Booper is looking forward to another season of basketball. Like most kids, they both love getting things in the mail and packages are especially exciting. Don't let his smirk fool you, the Booper couldn't wait to open the Green Kid Crafts box to see what projects we were going to do. I supervised the science, but they did the pouring, mixing and kneading to create slime from the directions in their Green Kid Crafts kit!

Our Grand Prize Sponsor
Green Kid Crafts is a fun subscription box service offering S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) kits. Curated for kids ages 2-10 their delightful kits offer kids hands-on learning opportunities. Green Kid Crafts kits are designed to inspire thinking, questioning, inquiring, and original creation! Their kits were created by a working mom and environmental scientist whose personal experiences taught her how important it is for children to exercise creativity, develop a love of discovery, and learn about the world around them.
A look inside the box and you can see that each kit comes with an instruction booklet with step by step instructions and pictures to help guide you through the experiment or project. The Booper liked being the leader and reading the instructions to us, but when it came time to stir the slime he had to do some stirring too. We started with the chalkboard slime and then we did the glow-in-the-dark puffy slime and the kids enjoyed watching the chemical reactions. I appreciate that the projects are separated into bags keeping things organized.
If you think your child already has enough toys and you're searching for fun hands-on experiences then the Green Kid Crafts subscription box will make them howl with delight. Offering themed kits for the holidays and sibling kits for families you'll be able to find lots of kits your kids will love. Plus, the best part is your order from Green Kid Crafts helps make a difference! Putting the GREEN in Green Kid Crafts they've partnered with One Tree Planted which means for each online order one tree is planted! You can make a difference in the world and ignite your child's passion for science at the same time.
