Oh my gourd! Can you believe it's already October? This year has really flown by but I'm excited for cooler weather and the upcoming holidays and family birthdays. We have a lot of October birthdays in my extended family, but sassy miss will also be turning six! She has been working hard at home to learn to read. The best help when we hit a rough time of learning is for me to just read out loud to her. My first and most important job in homeschooling my kids is to foster a love of reading and excitement for learning.
