    I would use this money to buy a new pre paid cell phone. My current phone has almost no internal memory and it will not support all my saving and qpon apps. Its driving me crazy. The phones I need are around $200, so this would be perfect!! I am not sure what the Mobile Rewards are so I will have to check this out. I will do anything to earn paypal money!! LOL
