Since this set arrived we've been building everything from garages for his cars to towers for his dinosaurs to knock down. The Booper has been having an amazing time playing with this
Redfield Ranch LINCOLN LOG play set. Not too long ago we had the fun task of reviewing one of the smaller Lincoln Log sets, and I loved how well the set would mix with the Booper's other toys. Now this new larger set has added to his fun, plus it came in an awesome storage barrel! I can't say enough about toys that come in a reusable storage container like this one. The cool thing about the barrel is it has plenty of extra room so his other set fits inside as well. The Booper isn't always the best about picking up his toys, but we've been working on it, and this really helps. He knows exactly where his Lincoln Logs should go and he's been getting better about picking up when he's finished. This set comes with everything you need to ignite your little one's playtime and set them up to construct the Redfield Ranch.
This fun set includes:
- Horse and Cowboy Figurines
- Instructions for building the Redfield Ranch
- 124 Real Wood Pieces
- Plastic Windows, Door, Roof and Gate
- Fun by the Barrel full! -Storage Barrel
I love that the Booper seems to be getting better at stacking and working the logs to fit each other and create buildings and lots to play with. We've been working on some fine motor skills and using this construction set just reiterates what I've been practicing with him. I'm not sure how much I appreciate this, but he also loves using the storage barrel like a drum and two long logs as drumsticks. Yes, it gets noisy around my house, but he's using his imagination and it's just one more way he loves playing with this fun Lincoln Log play set. Lincoln Logs have crossed over into the Booper's life which makes me smile since I played with them as a kid. Now we can play together and build the Redfield Ranch or whatever the Booper imagines and it's Fun, Fun on the Ranch!

My son would love the Double T. Ranch. He adores his lincoln log sets- his favorite is an old train/ gold mining set we picked up at a yard sale awhile back.
