I was pleased to receive at no cost to me the Ozeri CardioTech Premium Series Digital Blood Pressure Monitor with Arm Cuff. I can now check my blood pressure at home or I can take the monitor with me wherever I go in its convenient carrying case. Checking my husband’s blood pressure and heart rate is easy to do!
After it arrived, I was anxious to try it out. I took it out of the box and the case and I put the cuff around my upper arm, making sure the lines lined up with the inside of my elbow. I pushed the button and the cuff filled with air. I made sure to sit still and didn’t talk since that can alter your heart rate. My numbers were right about where they usually are at the doctor’s office.
This monitor can store 80 blood pressure readings with a clock, date and time stamp so I don’t have to write it down and lose the paper! It has an automatic color-coded Hypertension Indicator to let you know if your blood pressure ranges in the normal, prehypertension or hypertension stage. It also can detect an Arrhythmia or irregular heartbeat. The 4 AA batteries are included.
