I was needing some new tools to use in the kitchen since my husband has a habit of leaving a spoon in the pan while it's cooking and melting practically every slotted spoon I've bought. When I received this six piece utensil set I worried they wouldn't survive for long. I mean just look at the picture below they're so colorful it's like a bouquet of serving ware!  

I chose this nylon Comfort Grip Brights Utensil set in Bogota because I was needing the pasta server and this set seemed to come with all the essentials. Using the spoon below, I even let the Booper help stir now since I don't worry about his hand being too close to the heat source.

Each nylon utensil is great for our nonstick and regular cookware and bakeware, I love that the long handles keep my hands away from steam while stirring, and the handle is soft and comfortable. The Booper thought these were toys when they arrived and wanted to claim them for himself. I had to explain that they were mine, and I finally told him "these are mommy's toys!" They are so colorful they do look like toys, and these are "toys" I hope to keep and put to good use for many meals to come. Being heat resistant up to 400 degrees I believe they will survive our kitchen. We've used these to turn, flip, stir, ladle and so far nothing we've cooked or baked has stained or changed our utensils in any way.
