What you will need:
- 2 large cans of yams
- 2/3 cups pecans
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/8 cup 100% maple syrup
- 1/4 cup squeezed orange juice
- spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice
I lined my large baking sheet with foil, then strained both cans of yams, and spread them out on the lined sheet. Sprinkle your pecans, cranberries, add spices to taste, over the yams. Then drizzle the maple syrup over everything, and splash the orange juice on last. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, and voila!
A Delicious side dish that will have your family saying, "Yes, to Yams" ~ Enjoy Beck
